We are an independent, Malaysia-based animation and creative production studio founded in April 2021, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.
Our studio provides 360° digital animation services, co-production, and IP consultancy. Our commercial workflow spans from providing interactive marketing solutions for brands to original media.
XZV Studio's flagship transmedia sci-fi franchise, built using Unreal Engine following Amir Osman and his friends overcoming a siege in Central. The IP currently has an animated series (in production), two games on Fortnite Island, an upcoming live-action film in development, and a collection of 3D toy figures.
Kappa is an upcoming 95-minute family adventure and social advocacy animated feature film written by screenwriter Vivian Syc. The film blends 2D and 3D animation techniques to tell the story of a child named Ajax Xavier Yan-Leif who views the world differently, functioning as the core narrative for autism awareness.
XZV Studio is a two-time Epic MegaGrants recipient from Epic Games. Their game Siege of Qu-1 (published on Fortnite Island) also secured funding from the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). In the Malaysian film market, producers rely heavily on self-funding, community support and sponsorship rather than government grants.
We are constantly expanding our footprint in academic, bridging classroom education with professional studio pipelines. XZV Studio is in formal partnerships with Dasein Academy of Art and INTI International College Subang Jaya (iCAD).
